RETURNS POLICY

Please refer to the Returns Policy which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. Returned Products must comply with our returns policy set out below.

You are responsible for taking reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession, and you must return them in the same condition in which you received them (except to the extent reasonably necessary to examine them). This obligation includes the following guidelines:

The Products must not have been worn (except to try them on), must not be washed, damaged and used and must have the original labels;

Footwear and accessories must be returned using the original boxes and inside a protective shipping box;

If the Product is provided with a security label this must still be attached;

The hosiery must be returned unopened and in its original packaging;

Underwear and swimwear must be tried on over your own underwear.

In case of non-compliance with the aforementioned obligations (including the conditions for returns), we may deduct from the refund an amount that takes into account the decreased value of the Product(s) up to the full price of the Product(s) .

You cannot cancel a contract for the supply of the following Products:

any Product which has been personalized or manufactured to your personalized specifications unless such Product is damaged or faulty at the time of delivery and was incorrectly delivered (see Returns and refunds for personalized Products below for more information) ;

earrings of any kind including costume or fine jewelery (see Returns and refunds for jewelery below for further information);

any item of clothing or Cosmetic Product that has a removed or broken hygiene label or seal.

Returns and refunds for customized Products

Due to their nature, returns, changes or cancellations of personalized or monogrammed Products are at our discretion. In exercising this discretion, we will take into account the level of personalization and further reserve the right to offer a redeemable in-store voucher in lieu of a monetary refund. The voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of issue. These provisions do not limit your statutory rights. Please note that customized Products may take a long time to process before shipping, but payment will be made at or immediately after placing your order and in advance of shipping

Returns Process

We recommend that you return the Products in their original packaging to ensure the necessary protection during transport. Instructions for returning the Products will be included in the shipping packaging. When canceling a purchase and returning a Product you have two options:

Depending on which country you live in, you may exercise your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (CCRs). If you choose this option you will be refunded the full price of the Product (subject to our Returns Policy) and the cost of standard delivery but you will be responsible for arranging and paying for the return of the Product to us.

The return must take place no later than 14 days from delivery

Use our Free Return service. If you choose this option you can return the Product free of charge and you will be refunded the full price of the Product (subject to our Returns Policy) but not the delivery cost.

Below is a description of the two options.

Your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (CCRs)

Except in relation to certain types of Products (as set out above), you can cancel a contract at any time before your order has been delivered and up to 14 days from the day following the day on which you received the Products ("period afterthought").

To cancel a Contract, you must clearly inform us, preferably:

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If a Product you have ordered is damaged or faulty on delivery or subsequently becomes defective, you may have one or more remedies available, depending on when you notify us of the problem, subject to your statutory rights. If you believe that a Product has been delivered damaged or defective or subsequently becomes defective, you must inform us as soon as possible, preferably in writing, giving your name, address and order reference. Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights..
